Registered Behavior Technician; RBT; _Hiring in Grand Blanc, Mi

Overview

Kona Medical Consulting is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Grand Blanc, Michigan. RBTs will provide high-quality 1:1 therapy to children with autism under the direct supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans at the center and, if needed, in home settings.

Below are the details of the position:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a center-based or in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans as designated by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate and detailed data on client progress.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional approach with clients and families.
• Uphold BACB ethical standards and center policies.
• Willingness to travel for in-home services.

• Starting Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience
• Health Insurance & Stipend (Full-Time Staff):
• Option to select a group health insurance package through Learning Path.
• $750 monthly healthcare stipend, paid directly to eligible full-time RBTs, beginning after 90 days of continuous employment.
