- Implement therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and strength.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in physical therapy.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
- Set and achieve personal performance targets and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide feedback to management on service improvements and patient needs.
- Engage in community outreach to promote physical therapy services.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current state licensure and certification.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans.
