As a Staff Chaplain with Brio Living Services, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing the spiritual well‑being of our residents, their families, and our dedicated team members. You’ll offer guidance during life’s most meaningful moments—celebrating joys, offering support in challenges, and helping individuals connect to their faith or spiritual practices. Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized spiritual care and emotional support to residents, families, and team members across the community.
  • Lead ecumenical worship services—including communion and baptisms—at least once a month in various settings.
  • Offer end‑of‑life support and participate in or officiate memorial services as needed.
  • Facilitate small group gatherings such as Bible studies, prayer circles, or devotional sessions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, local clergy, hospitals, and hospice teams to ensure holistic spiritual care.
  • Help coordinate visits and services for residents from diverse spiritual backgrounds and traditions.
  • Respect and uphold the rights, preferences, and dignity of every individual you serve.

Master of Divinity (or equivalent) from an accredited seminary and ordination in good standing with a recognized faith tradition preferred. Completion of at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) and professional chaplaincy credentialing strongly encouraged.

Preferred Experience:

1–3 years of experience in chaplaincy, pastoral care, or related fields—especially within healthcare or aging services. Experience working with individuals with dementia and at end‑of‑life is highly valued.
