Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our Dietary Department. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our residents receive nutritious, appealing meals while maintaining compliance, safety, and a welcoming dining environment.

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the Dietary Department
• Ensure residents receive nutritional, attractive, and properly prepared meals
• Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary dietary environment
• Monitor inventories and oversee purchasing of food and supplies
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all food and dietary supplies
• Operate within departmental budgets while maintaining quality standards

• Associate Degree in a food service–related field
• Dietary Management Certification (CDM) – required
• Current Serv Safe Certification – required
• Minimum 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a management role
• Budget management experience is essential
• Experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, team-focused Can-Do Attitude with reliable attendance
