Position Details:
- Skilled Nursing Facility in Plainwell, MI
- Premium rate offered for 8-10 hours/week

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat residents under physician orders using various therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential.
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team, providing support and information within Physical Therapy.
Requirements:
- Michigan Physical Therapy license required
- Physical Therapist degree (Masters or Doctorate)
