MD Urgent Care Group is looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant/Family Nurse Practitioner for our Lambertville Urgent Care location. Located at 3299 Sterns Rd, Lambertville, MI 48144 ""

MD Urgent Care Group has multiple locations in MI and IN including Chelsea, Tecumseh, Adrian, Auburn, Battle Creek, Plainwell, and Ann Arbor.

For our Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position, we are offering an exceptional pay that includes health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, vision, dental, and life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401K retirement with up to 6% match, 4 weeks of PTO, CME assistance, paid training, and a 4-day work week. We also have patient volume bonuses of up to $3 per patient.

Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants will have one assigned location for all scheduled shifts.

We will require proof of Covid 19 vaccination or a medical or religious exemption.

Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Examine patients and their medical records
• Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc.)
• Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
• Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
• Prescribe medications
• Maintain accurate records and schedules
• Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
• Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics, and prevention
• Oversee patients overall health
• Promote good health practices
• Advance professional knowledge and conduct research
