Our Specialty Infusion Center in Gaylord, MI, delivers high-quality infusion therapies in a collaborative, patient-first setting, and we're looking for a pharmacist who takes pride in safe, precise, and compassionate care.

• Prepare and dispense medications, including sterile compounded infusions, following physician orders and pharmacy protocols
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards
• Review medication profiles and support safe, effective infusion therapy
• Counsel patients on medications, side effects, and expectations
• Collaborate with nurses, prescribers, and technicians to support excellent patient outcomes
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support daily pharmacy operations
• Help keep the pharmacy organized, compliant, and running smoothly
• Participate in inspections, audits, education, and on‑call coverage as scheduled

• BS Pharmacy, MS Pharmacy, or Pharm
  
  D from an accredited program
• Controlled Substance license, as required
• Experience in specialty, infusion, hospital, or community pharmacy
• Comfortable using EMRs and standard pharmacy technology

• PharmD
• Sterile compounding or specialty pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with infusion therapies
