• Complete clinical and administrative tasks within the clinic, working with the provider to ensure patient care and smooth clinic operations.
• First point of patient care: room and prepare patients according to clinic checklists, measure vital signs (weight, height, oxygen saturation, respiration, temperature, pulse, blood pressure), and perform other patient care tasks as required.
• Complete required patient documentation, including medical histories and referral requests.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations, including supporting teammates and providers as needed.

• High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Credentialed as a Medical Assistant by a Munson Healthcare approved credentialing organization.
• BLS certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained.

• One year of relevant experience in a physician practice or similar healthcare setting, or graduation from an approved Medical Assistant program.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees to be vaccinated or have lab‑confirmed immunity for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella. All employees must receive a flu vaccine during flu season in the year of hire and annually thereafter, or provide an approved medical or religious exemption.
