Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide quality care and support to clients in Holly, MI. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of individuals by assisting with their personal and home care needs in a respectful and professional manner.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Help with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
• Ensure the client’s home environment is safe and comfortable
• Follow care plans and instructions from supervisors

• Must have transportation to make it to the client home and back.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
