Universal Health Services - 101 WEST TOWNSEND ROAD [Medical Records Clerk] As a Medical Records Specialist at Universal Health Services, you'll:
Promptly and accurately assemble the records of discharged patients and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on discharged records;
Assist with the release of information function;
Identify and promptly file all completed medical records;
Assist with pulling medical records, and providing requested information, within the scope of release, for medical and clinical staff;
Assist with generating the clinical staff deficiency list.
