University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Attendant to provide high-quality care to clients in Casco, MI. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their homes. This role requires a patient and trustworthy individual committed to making a positive difference in clients’ lives.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
• Ensure clients’ safety by following care plans and adhering to all company policies.
• Assist with mobility and transportation as required.

• Previous experience in home care or related healthcare field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Competitive hourly wage of $15.88 - $19.00, paid twice a month.
