Optimal Care in Metro Detroit is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home health rehabilitation. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and guide interventions to improve mobility, balance, and independence in the home setting.
This role requires travel within Macomb/Oakland/Wayne counties, Monday–Friday hours with some weekend rotation, and a strong ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.
