Position Summary:
Assists with food preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean kitchen area.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities as Assigned:- Assists cook with meal preparation.
- Portions, assembles, and serves meals.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes and equipment.
- Inspects trays and food carts for accuracy.
- Ensures proper storage of food and supplies.
- Cleans and maintains dish machine and reports any mechanical errors.
- Performs other related duties as required and directed.
