, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as a 1st shift Resident Care Specialist in Cedarville, MI. Cedar Cove offers a fun, homelike, family environment with varying levels of care needs.

As a Resident Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to assist residents with ADLs, administer medications, give companionship to the residents and participate in life enrichment. • 1st Shift: Part-time OR Full-time

• A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with and caring for the elderly population is preferred.
