PACE Central Michigan is opening a new clinic in Houghton Lake and seeks a Registered Dietitian to shape nutrition services from the start. You’ll provide participant-centered care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to expand access to meaningful rural care.
The Registered Dietitian will assess nutritional status, develop care plans, educate participants and staff, and help implement programs that improve quality of life for elderly participants.
