At Papa, companion caregivers—known as Papa Pals—provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Your support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

• Provide companionship and assistance to older adults and families.

Work on your own flexible schedule using the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2‑4 hours each. Earn up to $18.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (availability depends on location).

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
