Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Stockbridge, MI.
Responsibilities- Provide companionship and friendly company to older adults and families.
- Assist with household tasks and running errands.
- Help with transportation as needed.
- Use the mobile app to select hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each, and create a flexible schedule.
- Age 21 or older.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a motor vehicle report.
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
- Access to a smartphone.
- Access to a vehicle that is [] or newer.
- Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring personality.
- Available to work 2 or more hours per week.
- No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required. Experience caring for others, stay‑at‑home parents, or retirees is welcomed.
- Pay up to $18.00 per hour with bonuses.
- Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, depending on location.
- Flexible schedule.
