Sigma Home Care is actively hiring Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides, Companion Caregivers, and Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Northville and surrounding communities.

Caregiver Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship and social engagement

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

Help clients with daily living activities

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Perform light housekeeping and laundry

Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision

Provide transportation to appointments and errands when appropriate

Offer medication reminders

Complete care documentation and report client updates

Caregiver Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or GEDValid driver's license or state-issued ID Reliable transportation

Smartphone with GPS capability

Current TB test or willingness to obtain one Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required
