ResponsibilitiesCompanion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company. Caregivers work on their own flexible schedule, using the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities typically 2–4 hours each.
Qualifications- Age 21 or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid U.S. issued driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a motor vehicle report
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
- Access to a smartphone
- Access to a vehicle [] or newer
- Clean and dependable vehicle
- No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
- Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring
- Available to work 2 or more hours per week
