Health Yes Staffing Network is recruiting Michigan-licensed LMSWs and LPCs for outpatient therapy opportunities with an established behavioral health practice in the Greater Flint area.

. Clinicians can design a schedule around their availability, combine telehealth with in-person care, and grow their caseload without having to generate every referral independently.

Office space is available throughout the week, including weekends, creating flexibility for clinicians who want to work traditional hours, evenings, weekends, or a combination. At least one in-person day per week is required because many patients prefer face-to-face care.

• Provide individual outpatient therapy to adults and adolescents
• Conduct clinical assessments and identify treatment needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals
• Deliver evidence-informed behavioral health interventions
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate
• Educate and support clients throughout the treatment process
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals when clinically appropriate
• Manage scheduling and caseload responsibilities independently
• Maintain consistent availability for established clients

• Active Michigan LMSW or LPC license appropriate for the clinical services provided
• Experience or training providing individual therapy to adults, adolescents, or both
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable documentation and organizational habits
• Ability to manage a caseload with professional independence
• Availability to provide in-person services at least one day per week
• Interest in developing a consistent outpatient caseload

This is an independent-contractor opportunity with competitive percentage-based compensation tied to collected session revenue. The applicable percentage is determined according to licensure, experience, caseload commitment, and other contractual terms.
