The Carriage House at Hotel Iroquois is located on Mackinac Island, MI in a historic waterfront setting. The island is known for its natural beauty and tourism, with 80% protected by a Michigan State Park. The role is available during the summer season from early May through October.

Board is provided for staff, including continental breakfast, light lunch and dinner daily prepared in a staff kitchen. The position offers a well-balanced and nutritious meal program and an apartment-style complex with convenient room and board options.

• Prepare salads, sandwiches, soups, and desserts for à la carte fine dining meal service
• Provide lunch and dinner service on the cold line
• Cook food and prepare top‑quality menu items in a timely manner
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
• Move and lift up to 25 pounds as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
• No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided
