Role Description
The Coffee Shops Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer experiences at Mission Point Resort’s coffee shops. This is a seasonal, on‑site role located on Mackinac Island, MI. Key responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a welcoming environment. The manager will also handle customer interactions and work to continuously improve service delivery.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with team members and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience in Operations Management and Store Management, including overseeing staff, inventory, and quality standards.
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience through attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving skills to address challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Salary
Range: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 (2 weeks ago).
