Bicycle Inn and Suites on Mackinac Island is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality on this unique and picturesque island. As a member of the team you will deliver personalized service to guests, work in a close‑knit environment, and help maintain the historic charm of this car‑free destination. Positions are available in front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and more, offering clear opportunities for career growth and advancement.

This is a seasonal role on Mackinac Island, beginning in early April and continuing through October. Housing is available at $10/day.

Front Desk Agent responsibilities include:

• Operating telephones politely and with proper etiquette, greeting members and guests.
• Assisting with reservations, distributing hotel information and schedules, and directing calls appropriately.
• Checking guests in and out of rooms, issuing room keys, and posting charges to ledgers.
• Maintaining accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, including nightly audits.
• Contacting housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report issues and resolving all guest accounts.
• Recording guest comments or complaints and reconciling balances and revenues.

• Three (3) months of guest service experience at a high‑end hotel, resort, or private club required.
