Cornell University’s Statler Hotel is seeking a dynamic Front Office team member to join the Bellstand. You will help guests with luggage, manage valet services, and operate the hotel airport shuttle, delivering warm, personalized service from arrival through departure.
Responsibilities include handling guest luggage, guiding guests to rooms, coordinating parking, and communicating with the Front Office and other departments to elevate the guest experience.
