Towel Haus Attendant Bavarian Inn Lodge

Our Towel Haus Attendant is responsible for providing clean towels to guests, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an efficient and friendly towel exchange process at the waterpark. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive guest experience by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and accuracy in all transactions.

The Towel Haus Clerk also helps maintain the cleanliness of the towel exchange area and supports overall waterpark operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a fun, safe, and family-friendly environment by upholding all safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards set by the Bavarian Inn Lodge. Supports the goal of having the highest level of guest service offered in Michigan.

Part- time: Average of 2 - 4 days a week and average hours per week are 20 – 36 hours. Shifts will be 9:45am to 9:45 pm.
