In the role of Mondo

X Recruiter, you will:

Develop strategies for acquiring new talent based on values-based hiring.

Acquire and source new talent through methods including cold calling, networking, and leveraging platforms such as Linked In Recruiter.

Foster engagement with a diverse talent pool, leveraging our resources for effective communication.

Partner and consult with Mondo’s clients to understand and deliver the best talent in the fastest time possible.

Stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities, ensuring Mondo remains a leader in innovation.

Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and hands-on involvement.

Be the entrepreneur of your business and be measured by the results; i.e. activity funnel KPIs and revenue quota targets.

Annual salary plus uncapped commission & bonus incentives.
