As we expand, were looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to bring their expertise and book of business to the tableand grow with us.
As a Healthcare Recruiter , you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with travel nurses and allied health professionals, matching them with top healthcare opportunities nationwide. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your proven network and recruiting expertise will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Placement
- Source, screen, and place travel nurses and allied health professionals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent
- Leverage your proven book of business to expand opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and placement goals
- Support the recruiting team and contribute to overall company success
Key
Competencies:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High energy, driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with recruiting systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Suite
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in travel nursing or allied healthcare recruiting;
Pre-COVID 19 experience highly preferred - Proven book of business required
- Track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals
