As a Healthcare Recruiter , you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with travel nurses and allied health professionals, matching them with top healthcare opportunities nationwide. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your proven network and recruiting expertise will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Placement

  • Source, screen, and place travel nurses and allied health professionals
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

Client & Candidate Relationships

  • Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent

Business Growth

  • Leverage your proven book of business to expand opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and placement goals

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Support the recruiting team and contribute to overall company success

What You Need to Succeed:

Key

Competencies:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High energy, driven, and results-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with recruiting systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Suite

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in travel nursing or allied healthcare recruiting;
    Pre-COVID 19 experience highly preferred
  • Proven book of business required

    Track record of meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals
