Human Resources Business Partner

This is a full‑time, onsite position for a Human Resources Business Partner and requires the selected individual to be within driving distance of Lewiston, Michigan.

• Effectively perform a wide range of day‑to‑day HR functions for a 125+ employee manufacturing operation.
• Drive effective and engaging communications while building relationships across three shift operations.
• Participate in defining strategic HR goals, tactical steps to success, and timelines.
• Serve as a thought partner, problem solver, and advocate for outstanding communications and employee relations to local and corporate leadership teams.
• Propose, design, and implement HR management policies, processes, and initiatives that meet local needs while supporting a vision of commonality across Star‑Cutter businesses.
• Successfully lead various human resource plans, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Employ effective recruitment and selection tools to drive timely full‑cycle talent acquisition and onboarding for a range of positions across the organization.

• Three plus years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing team is welcomed, but not critical.
