• Source and recruit candidates for production, skilled trades, engineering, and plant support roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer for manufacturing positions.
• Partner with manufacturing leaders and hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop job profiles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate qualifications for technical skills and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company HR policies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
• Participate in local job fairs, trade schools, and community outreach to build talent pipelines for manufacturing operations.

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, engineering, or skilled trades roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, job functions, and industry‑specific challenges.
• Proficiency in various sourcing techniques to attract specialized manufacturing talent.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including technical aptitude and cultural fit.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, industrial environments, or engineering terminology
• Existing professional network within the manufacturing or skilled trades sectors
• Proficiency in sourcing hard‑to‑find technical or skilled trades talent
• Experience with enterprise‑level Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors)
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
