HR Manager - DeWitt Area

Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, engineering, and maintenance roles.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) within the manufacturing facility.
• Develop and implement performance management systems tailored to manufacturing productivity and quality standards.
• Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including shift differentials and incentive plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance skills and safety for manufacturing employees.
• Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals and production targets.

• Proven experience managing all HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive plant culture.
• Experience with talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention strategies for skilled trades and production roles.
• Ability to partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives that support operational goals and productivity.

• Multilingual proficiency to support a diverse workforce (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing apprenticeship or skilled trades training programs.
• Certification in change management or project management.
