Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and skilled trades.
- Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within a production environment.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms for candidate management and reporting.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for current and future manufacturing openings.
- Advise on compensation packages and market trends specific to the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience recruiting for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and skilled trades.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and required technical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates for hard‑to‑fill manufacturing positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or skilled trades.
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce (e.g., Spanish).
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques for niche technical roles.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
