We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical
Recruiter to join our growing team in the Traverse City and Lake City area
! In this role, you’ll Sets responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates with our clients. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with both candidates and Scheduling Coordinators to ensure successful placements.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION!! IN OFFICE 8-5 MON-FRI

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
• Partner with Scheduling Coordinators to understand client needs and deliver top candidates
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to placement
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Meet weekly and monthly placement goals

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and deadlines
• Experience using job boards (Indeed, Linked In, etc.)
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion dhawood for connecting people
