Sr. Cloud Engineer
—File Transfer (AWS Transfer Family/Terraform/Sterling File Gateway/Secure Transport).

Skills Required- Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway implementations on On-Prem servers and AWS EC2.
- Experience with IBM Secure Proxy, Axway Secure Transport, Connect Direct, Sterling Control Center.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing file-based integration services using AWS Transfer Family (Lambda/Python), SNS, Grafana, IBM SFG, Secure Transport.
- 1+ year experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Gitlab).
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills; strong interpersonal skills to include influence, collaboration, accountability, and critical thinking.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card holder with intent to become a U.S. Citizen.
- Develop File Transfer integration services using AWS Transfer Family, including application integrations, supporting all phases of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), facilitating customer onboarding, and assisting with product enhancements and production support.
- Build the integration services platform with AWS native services using Infrastructure as Code.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Architects, Developers/Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers across multiple teams.
- Develop and maintain integration services using AWS Transfer Family with SFTP, FTPS, FTP, and AS2 protocols.
- Set up AWS Lambda runtimes, Python programming.
- Configure and manage AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, security groups, IAM roles & policies, load balancers, and Route
53. - Lead efforts to establish, define, and communicate integration architecture guidelines, principles, standards, and best practices across multiple product teams as they migrate to the cloud.
- Provide end-to-end support for solution integration, including designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions.
- Custom develop monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Participate in defect and incident root cause analyses.
- Provide production support including on-call rotation.
- Build integration services platform using native services.
- Apply strong knowledge of high-availability, load-balancing, and failover configurations across application, infrastructure, and platform components.
- Follow team development best practices, including peer reviews and version control systems.
- Build solutions in accordance with bank security policies that mitigate risk and increase efficiencies.
- Make judgement to appropriately elevate risk-based decisions.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing file-based integration services using AWS Transfer Family (Lambda/Python), SNS, Grafana, IBM SFG, Secure Transport.
- 1+ year experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Gitlab).
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills; strong demonstrated interpersonal skills to include influence, collaboration, accountability, and critical thinking.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card holder with intent to become a U.S. Citizen.
