Position:Computer Technician
Job Duties:
- Provide primary support to end users throughout the school district.
- Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain a variety of computer and instructional technology.
- Diagnose problems to determine the cause of malfunctions.
- Repair hardware problems, setup, configure, and test equipment.
- Provide software support for "District" software.
- Communicate clearly and completely with school staff regarding status of service requests.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, inventory, programming, and other documentation necessary to allow other technology staff to provide support.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology.
High School Diploma
Prior Experience or demonstrated aptitude in technology
