Lead Administrator – Network Architect role focused on designing and implementing enterprise network architecture, ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT capabilities.

• Understand customer strategies and business requirements.
• Create architectural technologies and business roadmaps that align IT and business, driving adoption.
• Collaborate with infrastructure domains, presales, and customer architects.
• Provide delivery & solution architecture perspective, assess business needs, capacity management, and establish technical frameworks.
• Deep understanding of various technologies including virtualization (VCF), software‑defined infrastructure, data center migration, compute, storage & backup.
• Plan and oversee data center build and implementation.
• Design and manage LAN & WAN networks and security.
• Integrate and manage service integration and management tools.
• Plan disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Engage customers and IT vendors.
• Present findings and reports to senior business management with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 5-8 years of experience in network architecture.
• Proficiency in virtualization, software‑defined infrastructure, and data center technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in capacity management, disaster recovery planning, and vendor management.

Annual pay range: $60,000 – $135,000. Includes Wipro’s standard benefits: medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and other paid and unpaid leave options.
