HVAC Comfort Inc is a fast growing locally owned heating and cooling company serving Clarkston and surrounding communities. We're hiring an In‑House SEO to own our organic search presence and help is dominate local search results. This role is 100% In‑house. You'll work directly with leadership to drive real revenue through SEO.

What You’ll Do

Own and execute HVAC Comfort’s full SEO strategy
Rank our website and service pages for high intent local HVAC keywords
Optimize and manage Google Business Profile
Improve Google Map pack visibility across our service area
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize on‑page SEO
Improve technical SEO
AI and Mobile SEO
Track SEO performance

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience – Local SEO is strongly preferred
Proven experience ranking service‑based or home service business
Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
Comfortable owning strategy and execution end to end
Huge Plus if you have HVAC or home services SEO experience, Word Press experience, Google Business Profile optimization experience
