Saab, Inc. is seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining a robust knowledge base, optimizing support workflows, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. The position is hands‑on in nature and requires a strong technical foundation paired with a customer‑centric mindset. The successful candidate will lead local support operations while also contributing to enterprise‑wide IT support initiatives for employees and contractors across Saab.

• Supporting divisional IT initiatives by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful projects on time and within budget.
• Deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Intune, One Drive, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Defender.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting endpoint performance and security issues to ensure reliable and secure operations.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance collaboration and overall user experience.
• Providing training and support to end users and IT staff on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.
• Delivering responsive technical support via phone, ticketing systems, and deskside assistance while meeting established service level targets.
• Maintaining accurate asset inventories and ensuring compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, CMMC, and NIST.
• Staying current with evolving IT technologies through continuous learning and professional development.
• Participating in an on‑call rotation and supporting occasional overnight travel (up to 10 % per year).

$90,000 – $112,500. The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate’s work experience, key skills, and education/training.

• Associate’s degree (information technology, computer science, or a related field) with 10+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive, within a GCC High environment.
• 7+ years of experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows client operating systems.
• Strong understanding of networking and security concepts, including DNS, Active Directory, Entra  (Azure AD), conditional access, certificates, firewalls, proxies, single sign‑on (SSO), multi‑factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and identity and access management (IAM).
• Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, Power Shell scripting, and mobile device management and mobile application management policies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage moderate‑scale technical projects from planning through execution.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
