Experience:
1 to 3 years in a related area.
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Supports and manages user accounts, security, and system groups. Performs basic operations, monitoring, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of communications equipment.
Prepares or assists in the preparation of service record documentation and reports on system efficiency and utilization.
Provides assistance in the design, development, and maintenance of various system applications, including software and hardware upgrades.
- Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems.
- Support user account information, including rights, security, and system groups.
- Perform basic operation, monitoring, installation, and troubleshooting of communications equipment.
- Identify and resolve basic communications problems.
- Assist in monitoring and providing assistance on the use and interface of systems, subsystems, and software applications.
- Assist in the review and recommendation of the procurement and inventory of information resources hardware or software.
- Install, maintain, move, and assist in testing and upgrading new and existing hardware/software.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and evaluations on system efficiency and utilization.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience with video and audio conferencing systems, maintenance, repair, and operation.
- Security+ certification, with background permitting security clearance acceptance.
- Network+, A+, CCNA preferred.
- Knowledge of computer operations, information systems, software and hardware, and information security policies and procedures.
