Chase in Corporate - IP Foundational Services and Data Center Services, you are a key part of a team that leverages best practices to support day-to-day technology activities. In this role you will assist and provide troubleshooting hardware, software, and technology issues within the firm. You are committed to executing with efficiency and are focused on continuous improvement in service delivery, all while upholding a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Manages routine media operations tasks with minimal supervision.
• Identifies and suggests improvements to existing processes.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for media-related issues.
• Assists in resolving incidents related to tape restoration requests and perform daily operational health checks.
• Supports third-party onsite restores and facilitate data transfers to secured legal mailboxes.
• Provides guidance to other teams on media-related projects and activities.

• Up to 6 months of experience in problem-solving and delivering first contact end-user support to help resolve issues in real-time, including hardware, software, and network support
• Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while following documented policies and procedures.
• Heavy lifting required.
