Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Casualty Claims Representative located in Dimondale, MI. The responsibilities include managing and handling casualty claims with precision and professionalism. The individual will conduct detailed investigations, evaluate and resolve claims efficiently, coordinate claim settlements, and ensure compliance with regulations. Providing outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Claims Handling, including investigation, evaluation, and settlement of various casualty claims
  • Expertise in Claims Management and Insurance, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of Property Damage assessment and resolution processes
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationships
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are required
  • Proficiency in using claims management software and tools is an asset
  • Experience or background in insurance or related operations is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field is advantageous
