We're looking for someone who is professional, organized, and customer-focused, with a strong interest in learning and developing their insurance knowledge.
Insurance experience is preferred but not required. Customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or sales experience can provide a great foundation for success.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist clients with insurance questions, policy changes, renewals, and everyday account needs.
• Provide friendly, professional service and help resolve customer concerns.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Explain insurance products and coverage options in a clear, helpful way.
• Review customer needs and identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage or products.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and requests are handled promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer information, policy records, and account documentation.
• Support the agency's day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Learn agency processes and insurance products through training and ongoing support.

• Previous customer service, sales, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license if needed.
• Property & Casualty insurance license must be obtained upon hire.
