Trek is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor in a dynamic shop environment. You will troubleshoot repairs and service a variety of bikes on the spot, and install customer-selected accessories on new bikes. You’ll interact with customers, build relationships and ensure gear runs flawlessly.
As the face of the department when the Service Manager is away, you’ll demonstrate hospitality, strong communication and eagerness to learn about servicing bicycles and the latest models.
