Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Associate (Bloomfield Hills)

Dykema's Bloomfield Hills office is seeking a talented and motivated associate with 3-6 years of experience to join our esteemed Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. Candidates with defense experience in catastrophic injury cases are highly preferred. Experience with in the automotive industry and e‑discovery is a plus.

Responsibilities will encompass motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing company witnesses for depositions, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation, and trial participation. Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery. Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills are essential. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
