- Support case management teams by reviewing and drafting legal documents, including summaries and analyses of complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and documents collected in discovery.
- Work with outside counsel and vendors to efficiently satisfy discovery obligations, applying consistent, risk-based methodologies across matters supported in-house, through hybrid teams, or by outside counsel.
- Collaborate with internal legal subject matter experts and other Company resources; advise case management teams on discovery positions, proposed protocols, negotiations, and issues requiring escalation; and direct paralegals, review teams, and other support staff.
