Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing operations.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
- Oversee inventory management across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs while ensuring production continuity.
- Lead demand forecasting and supply planning activities to align production schedules with customer orders and market trends.
- Optimize logistics and warehousing operations, including inbound freight, internal material flow, and outbound distribution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and implement best practices.
- Mitigate supply chain risks such as supplier disruptions, material shortages, and geopolitical impacts to ensure business continuity.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes and drive cost efficiencies.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions)
