Objective
:
The Supply Chain Head is responsible for developing and implementing the appropriate supply chain strategy for the Market.

• Work closely with the Regional Head of Supply Chain to set strategy and goals for the region that are aligned with the global strategy and corporate initiatives.
• Act as a strong support to the Cluster's GM.
• Initiate and lead strategic supply chain initiatives to drive continuous improvements within the regional supply chain in support of the business.
• Play a leading role in the development and deployment of the S&OP process.
• Drive key initiatives to improve demand planning process to ensure good quality sales forecast.
• Support and challenge commercial stakeholders at local level to drive forecast accuracy improvements through a fit for purpose demand planning process.
• Ensure timely supply of products in the markets through definition and execution of action plans defined in the regional S&OP process.

Education and Training

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
• Knowledge of iScala (preferable) or another relevant ERP system.
• APICS Certification (desired).

• 10 years relevant experience; preferably in leadership and project management.
• Experience in performance management and improvement, Supply Chain Planning and Operations.
