FORVIA HELLA is seeking our next great project manager to join our Lighting team. The primary function of this role is to take ownership of assigned panel lighting programs, working with a well-established team heavily involved in next-generation lighting initiatives.

• Provide guidance on full cycle panel lighting programs
• Build relationships with both internal and external clients to establish and steer existing programs
• Take ownership of assigned international project goals including planning, steering, and controlling activities
• Ensure achievement of project targets in an ever-changing business environment to prevent scope creep
• Vigilantly monitor risk assessment and manage all change management functions of assigned programs
• Proactively anticipate, manage, and elevate any deviations on assigned programs

• University degree in a related field of study (engineering or other technical fields preferred)
• 5+ years experience within the automotive industry
• 2+ years experience working with program management and automotive lighting programs
• Working knowledge of SAP, APQP, and the product development process
• Above average verbal and written communication skills including presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to participate in international company travel
• Spanish speaking skills preferred but not required
