Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems, policies, and procedures specific to manufacturing operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and internal company standards.
• Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead comprehensive incident investigations for accidents, near misses, and environmental excursions, determining root causes and implementing preventive measures.
• Manage hazardous waste disposal programs, chemical safety, air emissions, and wastewater discharge compliance.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to all employees, fostering a proactive safety culture and environmental awareness.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans, including drills for fire safety, chemical spills, and evacuations.

• 5-7+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and best practices for risk assessment, hazard control, and incident management.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong safety culture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization and external agencies.

• Experience applying Lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies to EHS processes.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation.
• Proficiency with EHS management software and data analytics for performance monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience in a multi-site or highly automated manufacturing environment.
• Specialized expertise in industrial hygiene or ergonomics.
