Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes to ensure cost‑effectiveness and availability of critical components.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems within maintenance operations.
- Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management, asset tracking, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with production management to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing operations and maximize equipment uptime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency through data analysis and root cause identification.
- 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLC troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management and data analysis.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and budgetary management skills.
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with advanced CMMS administration or implementation.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation systems.
